OUR POLICIES

1. SHIPPING RATES

Our domestic shipping rates are between $9 to $15 per order.

Our international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International shipments may be subject to pay duties and taxes which is out of our control.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 7-12 business days to process orders. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Once your order is shipped, a tracking will be sent via email. Please allow 3-6 days to arrive once shipped for domestic shipments and an additional 12-17 days for international orders.

If an item in your order is on backorder, the item will ship within the time frame listed. If there are multiple items, they will all ship together.

3. DISCOUNTS & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

We are not obligated to apply promotions or price adjustments to any orders once placed. All orders that are eligible for promotion must use apply the specific promotion before checkout. 

Any orders placed before a promotion is launched are not eligible to be canceled or adjusted to apply the promotion.

4. RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For any reason you are not satisfied we are happy to issue store credit, or exchange for another item of equal value. Returns must be requested within 3 business days of receiving your order or we will not grant it. Product returns for refunds are NOT accepted.

Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted for sale items.

If you were sent the wrong item or your product came defected contact us via email.

5. SHIPPING PROTECTION

Upon checkout, we partnered with Route to provide the option to purchase package insurance to cover your order if it is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is stolen. The cost for insurance is 3% of the total order value. We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. If you do not purchase insurance, you are responsible if the package does not arrive.

6. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For all our clothing, we recommend washing on COLD and HANG DRY. We do not recommend to dry by machine, but if you wish, settings should be the lowest tumble and heat.

Do NOT machine dry any of our waxed or shine denim. These pairs must be hang dried.

We are NOT responsible for any products damaged or defected from any wash, dry, or cleaning.

  6. Shipping: We will ship your order to the address provided during checkout. Shipping times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  8. Ambassador Program: if you are agree to become an UNDEVELOPED ambassador, we reserve the right to use any content for marketing purposes which includes but is not limited to social media, advertisements, and our website
  9. Limitation of Liability: Undeveloped shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site or products.
