Refund policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All sales are final.

Please allow 7-12 business days to process orders. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Once your order is shipped, a tracking will be sent via email. Please allow 3-6 days to arrive once shipped for domestic shipments and an additional 12-17 days for international orders.

If an item in your order is on backorder, the item will ship within the time frame listed. If there are multiple items, they will all ship together.

DISCOUNTS & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

We are not obligated to apply promotions or price adjustments to any orders once placed. All orders that are eligible for promotion mustuse apply the specific promotion before checkout. 

Any orders placed before a promotion is launched are not eligible to be canceled or adjusted to apply the promotion.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For any reason you are not satisfied we are happy to issue store credit, or exchange for another item of equal value. Returns must be requested within 3 business days of receiving your order or we will not grant it. Product returns for refunds are NOT accepted.

To see if you are eligible for a return, visit the returns portal on the footer of our website and fill out the necessary information. Returns are subject to handling fees depending on your order (or if you purchased Checkout+)

For incorrect items received, we will provide a free return label.

Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted for sale items.

If you were sent the wrong item or your product came defected, contact us via email.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

For all orders, at checkout, we offer customers the ability to insure their package with Seel for any lost or damaged items. To file a claim with Seel, access the Seel Resolution Center through a link in your original order confirmation email, the merchant's order tracking page, or directly at Seel Resolution Center and use your email and order number. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For all our clothing, we recommend washing on COLD and HANG DRY. We do not recommend to dry by machine, but if you wish, settings should be the lowest tumble and heat.

Do NOT machine wash any of our waxed or shine denim. 

We are NOT responsible for any products damaged or defected from any wash, dry, or cleaning.
