SHIPPING
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 7-12 business days to process orders. Once order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 6 business days to arrive once shipped for domestic shipments and an additional 12-17 days for international orders.
If an item in your order is on backorder, the item will ship within the time frame listed. If there are multiple items, they will all ship together.
2. RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For any reason you are not satisfied we are happy to issue store credit, or exchange for another item of equal value. Returns must be requested within 3 business days of receiving your order or we will not grant it. Product returns for refunds are NOT accepted.
Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted for sale items.
If you were sent the wrong item or your product came defected contact us via email.
3. SHIPPING PROTECTION
Upon checkout, we partnered with Route to provide the option to purchase package insurance to cover your order if it is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is stolen. The cost for insurance is 3% of the total order value. We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. If you do not purchase insurance, you are responsible if the package does not arrive.
